Terms of Service

Last updated 15 August 2026. By creating an Ember account you agree to these terms.

What Ember does

Ember schedules and runs warm-up activity — watching, liking, following and optionally commenting — on social media accounts you control, from cloud phones you provision. You choose the niche, and you can review the queue before it runs.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Ember to:

  • operate accounts you do not own or do not have permission to operate;
  • impersonate another person, or run activity intended to harass, defraud or mislead;
  • post or promote unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
  • resell or redistribute Ember's output as your own service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used this way.

Platform rules and the risk you accept

TikTok, Instagram and YouTube each have their own terms, and automated activity may breach them. Ember is designed to behave conservatively — pacing activity over hours, running from a cloud phone, pausing on risk signals — but using automation on a social account carries a genuine risk that the account is restricted, shadowbanned or permanently banned. That risk cannot be removed, and you accept it when you run a warm-up. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use Ember with.

No guaranteed outcome

We do not promise any particular level of reach, followers, views or engagement, and nothing in the product or marketing should be read as such a promise. Ember is a tool, not a result.

Plans and billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax where stated.
  • Warm-up allowances are measured over a rolling 30-day window, not a calendar month.
  • Where a plan allows warm-ups beyond the included allowance, those are charged at the per-warm-up rate shown on the billing page before you start one.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
  • If we change prices we will give you notice before the change applies to your subscription.

Availability

We aim to keep Ember running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Ember depends on third parties — cloud phone providers and the social platforms themselves — and those can change or fail without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of or damage to any social media account, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but not used.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
